NeevOne does not guarantee:

• Ownership of listed properties.
• Accuracy of listing information.
• Property availability.
• Market value.
• Legal title.
• Government approvals.
• RERA registration.
• Investment returns.

Users are solely responsible for conducting legal, financial, and technical due diligence before entering into any transaction.

NeevOne may facilitate loan enquiries by connecting users with banks, NBFCs, or other financial institutions.

NeevOne:

• Is not a lender.
• Does not guarantee loan approval.
• Does not determine loan eligibility.
• Does not control interest rates, fees, or lending decisions.

Loan approvals remain solely at the discretion of the respective financial institution.

NeevOne may connect users with independent service providers, including contractors, architects, electricians, plumbers, painters, interior designers, and renovation specialists.

NeevOne:

• Does not employ these providers unless expressly stated.
• Does not guarantee workmanship, timelines, pricing, or quality.
• Is not responsible for disputes arising between users and service providers.

Users should independently evaluate service providers before entering into any agreement.

Where applicable:

• Users must pay all applicable charges, taxes, and fees.
• Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.
• NeevOne is not responsible for failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party payment systems.
• Unless expressly stated, fees paid for services are non-refundable.

• Source code
• Designs
• Graphics
• Text
• Databases
• Images

is owned by or licensed to NeevOne and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you submit.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to discontinue its use.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NeevOne, its affiliates, officers, employees, directors, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
